What happens when I hit a limit mid-month?
We queue runs instead of failing them, and email your Owner before you're ever blocked. Nothing gets silently dropped. Nothing gets double-charged.
Are Observer seats really free, no matter how many I add?
Yes on every tier, including Free. Observer only sees results, history, and coverage. Never source, never write access. We price it at $0 on purpose: we want your whole team watching, not just the people writing tests.
Can I change tiers later, and what happens to my data if I downgrade?
Anytime, prorated for the month you're in. Drop below a tier's limits and nothing gets deleted you just can't add more until you're back under the cap.
What does "agent access" actually mean?
An MCP-connected agent can do anything a person can through the dashboard create a Plan, trigger a run, read coverage scoped to the same role you'd give a person. Free and Pro are human-only. Teams and Enterprise open that up.
Are these limits permanent?
No. These are our v1 numbers, set before we'd watched a full month of real usage. We'll adjust as we learn and tell you before anything on your account changes, not after.
